We built a complete funnel for the launch of Expanded, a digital community for women entrepreneurs. With an aligned strategy and a design that reflects the founder's personality, the project generated over $1000 in recurring revenue (MRR) on the very first day.
The project
We collaborated on building a funnel that automates lead nurturing and naturally directs towards community subscription, integrated with tools like Flodesk and Podia, in addition to a personalized analytics dashboard for real-time conversion tracking.
The design was crafted to reflect the founder's personality and create an immediate connection with a highly sensitive, intuitive audience guided by purpose.
Each stage of the funnel was planned to communicate value clearly and transform visitors into active members of the community.
The result was a record number of sign-ups for the launch workshop and more than $1,000 in recurring revenue (MRR) on the first day.
